What drove us then:

We started with basic bookkeeping reviews and cash flow assessments, working mostly with local restaurants and retail shops. The pandemic forced us to rethink everything. While other consultancies struggled, we discovered that remote financial coaching actually worked better for many clients. Companies needed deeper cultural shifts, not just number-crunching.

We helped over 150 businesses navigate the uncertainty of 2020-2021, developing new frameworks for financial resilience. Our approach evolved from traditional consulting to comprehensive culture transformation.
